DW
DW series are self-supporting diamond wire drawing die blanks without cemented carbide outer ring, which are divided into two types: DWR (round) and DWH (hexagonal). These specifications of PCD drawing die blanks are suitable for various types of drawing applications and are especially suitable for drawing dies with high consumption due to their economical cost.
Specification of DW series
According to the application, for each series we have different grain sizes of 1µm, 3µm, 5µm, 10µm, 25µm, 50µm for customer's choice.

2. Maximum recommended die size for soft nonferrous wire. Hard wire diameter normally should not exceed 65% of this diameter;
