Main responsibilities
1. The preliminary work focuses on maintaining old customers and sales services; Later, he was responsible for new customer development, new field expansion, etc.
2. Maintain customer relations, manage customer files, assist superiors in receiving customer visits, and go abroad to attend exhibitions and visit customers according to work requirements.
3. Daily receipt and processing of sales orders, daily communication with foreign customers, production of import and export sales documents, entry of ERP system sales module, follow-up and delivery of orders, internal and external coordination and communication, sales statements and data analysis.
4. Cooperate with the department head to complete all business work and achieve the department sales target.
5. Responsible for setting up overseas offices, sorting out overseas customers and risk management; Formulate work plan and complete daily work report; Collect market information and complete analysis report; Response assessment to meet customer needs and orders.
Job requirements
1. Aged 25-45, bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of foreign trade sales experience (required);
2. Have a good level of oral expression, interpretation and translation in English or Russian, and be able to handle daily mails and documents with high quality;
3. Be familiar with common office software and office automation equipment;
4. Have good writing and language expression ability and learning ability; Physical and mental health, good environmental adaptability; Good execution, communication, overall planning and coordination ability;
5. Have a dedicated working attitude, strong adaptability, and be able to independently complete various KPI indicators.
