In December 2002, with the approval of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the "National Torch Plan Henan Superhard Material Industrial Base" was established in Zhengzhou High tech Industrial Development Zone. As a large manufacturer and exporter of composite superhard materials in China, New Asia was awarded the first batch of backbone enterprises in the national base.
