Basing on the technology and investment from "Zhengzhou Research Institute for Abrasives and Grinding", "New Asia" was the earliest enterprise to master the core technology about how to produce PDC composite and diamond wire drawing die blanks. In 1992, New Asia developed the first piece of PDC for oil drilling bits of commercial purpose. In 1996,  New Asia developed the first piece of "Tungsten Carbide Supported Die Blanks".        Basing on technology accumulation of quality control, New Asia has mostly issued national Industry standard “Polycrystalline Diamond Compact or Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride Blanks Species, Dimensions”（JB/T 10041- 2008）, and participated its relative revising work.
